Well at this point just working on getting myself going again after the surgeries and today was a reminder of that. Was supposed to have fixed my car, but only completed half of what I wanted to do and couldn't really crank a wrench with much pressure at this point (I'm beginning to see why the doctors recommended not to lift more than 10lbs for the first 3 weeks after). I have noticed what I have lost strength or endurance wise over the past several months too, but at least I have soccer to kick my ass back into shape starting in a few weeks for me. (not that I'm doing too bad all things considered) :) Also hope to get out and shoot some

Well haven't had a craving for a cigarette in a little while, of course its only been like 5 days since Ive had one, And im to the point, where I only cheat with the occasional cig here and there. So im doing okay. But the good news is that over the past few days I went to see the Deftones & Glassjaw , and tonight saw Lacuna Coil, and In Flames. Good good shows, but work is going to be really damn rough tomorrow. Going back to back on shows with no earplugs I am now nearly deaf, and will probably spend most of my day screaming at my coworkers like an old man. Anyhow I exhausted, Ill try to have some more work up soon. Brice.

Trying to get back into the swing of things. Been working a lot lately more than anything, but hoping to get my ass in gear here soon.
